Library Visit

We were delighted to go on our first school trip! With inspiration from our recent class text, ‘The Everywhere Bear’, who ends up at his local library, we wanted to provide an opportunity for our children to attend their own local library. This also fits in well with our goal to promote children’s love for reading and encouraging reading for pleasure. We explored the library and the children’s section and even got a book to take home. We were also fortunate enough to meet local author, James Lettice during our visit.
