We have had lots of fun this half term, learning both inside and outside of the classroom.

 

We really enjoyed exploring habitats and micro-habitats in science and we even spotted a frog in the school pond!  We loved our Forest School experience and can't wait to practise more team-building skills.

 

Inside we are really enjoying maths. This term we have been learning about place value and used different manipulatives to support our understanding.  In history we have learned all about Emmeline Pankhurst and the suffragettes and have linked this to how we use democracy in school and in society.

 

We have really enjoyed learning about Joseph and his Coat of many colours and have used this topic to learn all about adjectives. We also linked this to PSHE and history on the topic of fairness.
