Diversity Week in Early Years

We have been celebrating diversity this week, where we have been looking at race. We have shared a story called ‘Clean Up’ with the children, which is set in the Island of Jamaica. As part of this the children to be introduced to some of the Jamaican cultural customs, so we have been making flags, learning a Bob Marley song and have finished the week with a carnival day.
